Our country breakfast with bacon, ham and sausage is a real treat for folks who enjoy the rich flavor of Southern cured meats. These hams are carefully inspected to make certain that the rich, nutty aroma of a good country ham comes through. It is the same process used to win 18 Grand Champion Awards at the Kentucky State Fair. The next morning at the Kentucky Farm Bureau’s ham breakfast charity event the Grand Champion winning ham is auctioned off. Several years ago our ham sold for $2,000,000 with the proceeds going to charity, a record that has not been broken.
